There is a particular quality to early-morning water. Before the day has accumulated its weight, before the first message or the first task, the pool holds something close to silence. Aqua yoga begins there.
The practice combines the principles of traditional yoga — breath, alignment, presence — with the buoyancy and resistance of water. Poses that challenge on land become accessible in the pool. The water supports the body, reduces joint pressure, and adds a layer of sensory feedback that mat yoga cannot offer.
Sessions run on weekday mornings with a certified instructor who works across yoga and aquatic therapy. Beginners are welcome; no prior yoga experience is required.
